What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Process Intelligence at Celonis, you will lead a team of engineers in developing robust full-stack applications that enhance the user experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality code that meets business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve guiding your team through technical challenges, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to shape the technical direction of the team and the product. You will work on enhancing the Process Intelligence Graph, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of customers and leverages the latest advancements in AI and data analytics.

In addition, you will participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable. You will also be responsible for performance management, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support their professional growth and development.
