Cutover is seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock maximum value from the platform and services. This role requires strong communication skills and a focus on driving user engagement.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of empathy and are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure their success. As a Customer Success Manager at Cutover, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their onboarding process and ensuring they are fully engaged with our platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and help them achieve success through our AI-powered SaaS solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to monitor account health and drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth. You will leverage data to identify trends and proactively address any challenges that may arise. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, you will provide feedback from customers to help shape future product developments. You will also conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and maximize their utilization of our platform. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and retention rates, as well as the overall growth of accounts under your management.
