You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of empathy and are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure their success. You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are proactive in resolving issues and have a knack for anticipating customer needs before they arise. You bring energy and creativity to your role, acting as a product evangelist to promote the value of the solutions offered by Cutover.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Cutover, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their onboarding process and ensuring they are fully engaged with our platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and help them achieve success through our AI-powered SaaS solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to monitor account health and drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth. You will leverage data to identify trends and proactively address any challenges that may arise. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, you will provide feedback from customers to help shape future product developments. You will also conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and maximize their utilization of our platform. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and retention rates, as well as the overall growth of accounts under your management.
