You have 2+ years of progressive experience as an Account Executive in SaaS, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement. Your background includes at least 2 years in a team lead, pod lead, or manager role within an Enterprise sales organization, showcasing your ability to mentor and develop sales talent. You are adept at using CRM tools to track performance and provide actionable insights, ensuring your team meets and exceeds their targets. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and support, allowing you to effectively coach your team through various stages of the sales cycle. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and sales enablement tools. You understand the nuances of enterprise sales and can navigate complex sales cycles with ease. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers and Marketing, ensures that your team has the resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will directly manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process. You will engage in live call shadowing, offering real-time feedback to enhance rep performance and conducting structured debriefs to identify areas for improvement. Performance monitoring will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you track rep progress using CRM data and coaching tools, providing recommendations for promotion-readiness based on clear criteria and milestones. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to define success metrics for EAAEs transitioning into more senior sales roles, ensuring a clear pathway for career advancement. Your role will also involve liaising with Enablement and Marketing teams to equip your reps with the necessary tools, messaging, and collateral to drive sales success. You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing sales team, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
