BridgeBio is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to lead digital and media efforts for pre-commercial therapies. You'll work at the intersection of science and strategy, utilizing skills in consumer research and media execution. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience in digital marketing.
You have a strong background in digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in the biopharma or healthcare sectors. Your expertise lies in consumer research, channel planning, and product launches, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients alike. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing strategies. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess media investments and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness.
You possess a deep understanding of digital channels and media execution, ensuring that each campaign is tailored to its audience. Your ability to blend science with storytelling sets you apart, as you can communicate complex concepts in an engaging manner. You are comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of digital marketing and are always looking for innovative ways to push boundaries and achieve the impossible. You are a strategic thinker who enjoys tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions.
Experience with pre-commercial therapies or in the biotech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and trends. You are well-versed in using analytics platforms to inform your strategies and measure success. A background in managing teams or projects will also be beneficial as you lead the Digital & Media team at BridgeBio.
In this role, you will spearhead the Digital & Media efforts for three pre-commercial therapies, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for shaping and growing the Digital pipeline team, ensuring that strategies are effectively tailored to various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients. Your role will involve overseeing the evolution of media, content, and channels for each therapy, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's mission to develop life-changing medicines.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user engagement and awareness. This includes managing media investments and executing on-the-ground media campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will also analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both scientific and non-scientific audiences will be crucial in this role, as you work to bridge the gap between complex scientific concepts and consumer understanding.
BridgeBio offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $220,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
