What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in building the Teammates platform, which involves creating AI agents that collaborate with users across Asana and integrated applications. You will design and implement agentic workflows that enhance user productivity and streamline project management tasks. Your work will include developing evaluation systems and product features that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to ensure that the AI features you develop meet user needs and expectations. As the capabilities of AI agents evolve, you will adapt your work to incorporate new advancements and improve the overall user experience. You will also participate in testing and refining the platform as it moves from beta to general availability, ensuring that it meets the high standards expected by Fortune 500 customers.
