Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, even if it means working mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with high-tech inspection processes. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered for entry-level positions.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to paint vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to match and mix paint colors accurately, ensuring that each vehicle meets our quality expectations. You will be expected to work efficiently within paint booths, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your role may also involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional customer experience.
