As the Manager of Commercial Account Management, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing a team of high-performing Account Managers. Your primary mission will be to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and engagement with the Navan platform. You will oversee all post-sales activities for Commercial customers, focusing on relationship-building, product knowledge, and effective sales execution. You will monitor your team's performance, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them meet or exceed their revenue goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients and cross-selling adjacent products from across the portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the company's success. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact client satisfaction and revenue growth.
