Carvana is seeking an Auto Detail Shop Quality Lead to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll ensure production and quality goals are met while overseeing daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory position.
You have a proven track record in a supervisory role, ideally within an automotive or detail shop environment. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to manage a team effectively, ensuring that production targets are consistently met. You understand the importance of quality in vehicle reconditioning and are committed to maintaining high standards. You are adept at identifying team strengths and weaknesses, and you know how to motivate your team to improve performance. Your experience in managing workflows and processes will be invaluable in this role.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is familiarity with vehicle inspection processes. You may have a background in quality assurance or operations management, which will help you excel in overseeing the day-to-day activities of your team. A passion for cars and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will set you apart.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve production and quality goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring that the Inspection Center operates smoothly.
