What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the success of Plume's cloud-based service platform by managing multiple projects that are both complex and impactful. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the program management function within the organization.
