You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality hires.

What you'll do

In this role, you will initiate comprehensive intake meetings to fully understand the role requirements and core competencies, ensuring that job descriptions and postings accurately reflect the needs of the business. You will build candidate pools through various initiatives, including employer branding and referrals, to attract high-quality diverse candidates. You will manage the inbound flow of applications and evaluate candidates throughout the selection process, providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will also support hiring managers in making informed decisions by facilitating debriefs and ensuring a thorough evaluation process. Your focus will be on delivering a high-quality candidate experience while adhering to the global recruiting operations framework.
