Who you are

You have a strong background in quality assurance operations, particularly in customer-facing roles, and understand the importance of driving sales outcomes through effective data monitoring and compliance assessment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements that enhance the customer experience. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing data to derive actionable insights that can lead to better sales performance.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with various teams to ensure that quality standards are met across all segments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and foster a culture of quality within the organization. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact on the sales process.

Desirable

Experience with business intelligence tools and methodologies is a plus, as it will enable you to leverage data more effectively in your role.
