You have a strong background in quality assurance operations, particularly in customer-facing roles, and understand the importance of driving sales outcomes through effective data monitoring and compliance assessment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements that enhance the customer experience. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing data to derive actionable insights that can lead to better sales performance.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with various teams to ensure that quality standards are met across all segments.
