NoRedInk is seeking a Renewal Specialist (Contract) to support their Low-Touch customer segment by executing the renewal workflow and coordinating with school administrators. You'll work closely with the Scale Customer Success and RevOps teams, utilizing Salesforce to ensure timely renewals.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer success or account management. You have a strong understanding of renewal processes and are comfortable using Salesforce to manage customer interactions and data. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with various teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You understand the importance of accuracy in pricing and contract terms, ensuring that all documentation is maintained correctly. You are committed to delivering a consistent and efficient experience for customers, and you are motivated by helping others succeed.
In this role, you will review upcoming renewals in Salesforce, confirming contacts, license counts, and contract dates. You will follow a structured outreach cadence to drive timely renewals and monitor renewal automations and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include identifying additional renewal contacts as needed and providing customers with product and renewal information. You will collect signed Order Forms and Purchase Orders, ensuring that all documentation is uploaded and Opportunity records in Salesforce are accurate. You will respond to customer questions regarding renewals, Order Forms, POs, and timelines, partnering daily with the Scale Customer Success team on non-standard requests. Weekly meetings with the Director will help you review progress, risks, and escalations, ensuring that all renewal processes are running smoothly.
