What you'll do

As the Director of Global Developer Communities at Workato, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance community engagement. You will lead initiatives that connect developers with resources, support, and each other, fostering a vibrant ecosystem around our platform. Your role will involve organizing virtual events, webinars, and workshops that provide value to our community members. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that community feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will analyze community metrics to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our community remains a key asset for Workato.
