Gympass is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Success Account Manager to manage critical gym and studio partners. You'll focus on building relationships and driving mutual growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
You are a commercially driven and analytical Partner Success Manager with a knack for building genuine relationships. With experience in managing partnerships, you understand the importance of securing sustainable retention and driving mutual growth. You have a magnetic personality that allows you to connect with stakeholders at various levels, from local to C-suite. You are not just a point of contact; you act as a strategic consultant, identifying new opportunities to expand network density within existing partnerships.
You thrive in environments where collaboration and different perspectives are valued. You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand the impact it can have on employees' lives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with partners is one of your strongest assets. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
Experience in the wellness or fitness industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with subscription-based business models. You are data-driven and can analyze metrics to inform your strategies. A background in account management or customer success is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of critical existing gym and studio partners, acting as the face of Wellhub for these partners. Your primary mission will be to secure sustainable retention and drive mutual growth. You will systematically map stakeholder structures to deepen influence and identify new opportunities within your existing network. You will work closely with the Wishlist Director to align on strategies that benefit both Wellhub and its partners.
You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that enhance the value proposition for both parties. This includes regular check-ins with partners to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that they receive the support necessary to succeed.
Your role will involve analyzing partnership performance metrics and using this data to inform your approach. You will be expected to present insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and expectations. You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the Wellhub platform.
