Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll build relationships and guide clients through the sales process. This role requires strong sales skills and a desire to grow within the organization.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your ability to build relationships is key, and you project the company's values of trust, service, and honesty in every interaction. You are driven and eager to grow within a dynamic organization, demonstrating a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
You excel at identifying strategic long-term clients and securing substantial and repeatable orders. Your experience includes developing business with both existing and new inbound customers, showcasing your ability to create and actively manage plans that reach specific sales objectives. You understand the importance of profitable growth and market share improvement, and you are committed to achieving these goals.
You are skilled at assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects. Your role as a contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production highlights your expertise in the field. You provide guidance to the sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs, ensuring that new customer requirements are collected and communicated effectively to internal departments.
While not required, experience in the manufacturing industry or a technical background can be beneficial in this role. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management tools will enhance your effectiveness as an Account Executive.
