Coupang is seeking a Manager, Seller Service (Training Manager) to develop and manage training materials for Seller Support. You'll leverage your experience in the training and e-commerce industry to enhance customer experiences. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
You have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience in the training or e-commerce industry — your background has equipped you with the skills to develop effective training programs that enhance seller support. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various departments. Your proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint enables you to create engaging training materials that resonate with your audience. You are flexible and adaptable, capable of handling diverse tasks that arise in a fast-paced environment. Your prior involvement in projects aimed at improving customer experience or operational processes demonstrates your commitment to excellence.
In this role, you will develop and manage training materials for all consultation skills in Seller Support, ensuring that new Seller Support Consultants and OSP agents are well-prepared to assist sellers effectively. You will organize training operations for new business initiatives, playing a crucial role in onboarding and training operations for new hires in Seller Support. Your insights will help identify areas for improvement in seller experiences, allowing you to implement training solutions that drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with related departments to ensure that training aligns with company goals and enhances overall customer satisfaction.
