Cutover is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive demand generation initiatives and enhance brand awareness. You'll collaborate closely with sales and partner teams, leveraging your expertise in B2B marketing. This role requires experience in executing marketing strategies in a SaaS environment.
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in field and partner marketing initiatives. You understand the nuances of demand generation and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and new business opportunities. Your ability to work collaboratively with sales and partner teams is essential, as you will be embedded within the marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your initiatives. You are data-driven, using analytics to track performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact. You thrive in an inclusive environment where empathy and curiosity guide your interactions with colleagues and partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of marketing in a fast-paced SaaS landscape.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with enterprise SaaS solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and their marketing implications will set you apart. You may also have experience working with large financial institutions, understanding their unique marketing needs and challenges.
In this role, you will execute field and partner demand generation initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of the Cutover brand. You will work closely with the partner and sales teams to identify target accounts and develop strategies that resonate with them. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness, and optimizing them based on performance data. You will also be involved in organizing events and webinars that showcase Cutover's capabilities and engage potential clients. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will contribute to the overall marketing strategy and help shape the future of Cutover's marketing efforts. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that Cutover remains a leader in the market.
