Your experience includes achieving revenue targets through customer acquisition and account management, demonstrating your ability to drive growth in competitive markets. You are skilled at building relationships with local business owners, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their operations. Your data-driven approach allows you to leverage insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You are passionate about supporting small businesses and understand the unique challenges they face in today’s market.

What you'll do

As a Market Manager at Odeko, you will be the revenue leader in New York City, responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts. You will secure the commitment of independent coffee shop owners, successfully onboarding them to Odeko’s local supply delivery service. Your role will involve leveraging Odeko’s data-driven prospect database to develop new client relationships that drive high-speed growth. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their success. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
