Nextiva is seeking a Director of Product Management for their AI Agents Platform to lead the strategic vision and development of AI-powered communication solutions. You'll focus on enhancing customer experiences and collaboration through innovative technology. This role requires strong leadership in product management and AI capabilities.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in AI-driven solutions, with at least 5 years of experience leading product teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and drive product vision and roadmaps effectively, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to bridge innovation from engineering teams with sales, marketing, and customer success. You are customer-obsessed, understanding that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Your experience in managing the product lifecycle equips you to oversee the development and go-to-market execution of complex platforms. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
Experience in the customer experience or communication technology sectors is a plus.
