What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for compliance planning and ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) is well maintained. You will execute CMP testing by performing thematic reviews and necessary compliance checks. Your work will involve leading product reviews and updating compliance policies to align with regulatory changes. You will engage with regulatory bodies to ensure that OKX meets all compliance requirements, thereby supporting the company's global operations.

You will also play a critical role in strengthening the compliance framework by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing compliance risks and developing effective mitigation strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
