What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the IT team responsible for the full scope of computing infrastructure, including end-user systems, servers, virtualization, and cloud services. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems that support the production floor and flight operations. Your responsibilities will include managing IT projects, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance across all platforms. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also play a key role in information security, implementing measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats. You will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the IT department.
