Handshake is seeking Psychiatrists to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. This role is remote and flexible, requiring no prior AI experience.
You are a professional psychiatrist with at least 4 years of experience in administering psychotherapeutic treatments and medications to address mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. You have a strong understanding of patient care and the ability to maintain comprehensive patient records. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design individualized care plans. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI models in your field, even if you have no prior experience with AI.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional expertise, providing structured feedback that enhances the model's understanding of psychiatric tasks and language. You will develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field, ensuring that the AI can generate relevant and useful responses. The position is flexible, allowing you to work independently and asynchronously from anywhere in the United States. You will have the opportunity to participate in various projects throughout the year, depending on availability, and you can choose your hours, averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week.
