At the heart of our ecosystem is Clarity, our flagship product designed to help HR and business leaders explore, customize, and share people insights in a single, intuitive platform. Clarity enables teams to access dynamic reports, tailor analytics to their specific needs, and drive strategic workforce planning with confidence. Whether it’s enhancing employee engagement in Fulfillment Centers, enabling ultra-fast delivery through Prime Now, or supporting flexible pickups via Amazon Locker, the People Insights team ensures that leaders across Amazon’s vast operations have the data they need to lead with clarity and impact.
