You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in applying AI models to real-world problems. Instacart provides a competitive salary range for this position, with base pay varying by location. For candidates in CA, NY, CT, and NJ, the salary ranges from $308,000 to $342,000. In WA, it ranges from $295,000 to $328,000, while other states offer between $256,000 and $315,000. You will also be eligible for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants, enhancing your overall compensation package.
