As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to match them with client projects. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment relevant to your clients and experts. Taking ownership of your projects is crucial; you will initiate and manage communications between clients and experts, ensuring seamless collaboration. You will meticulously schedule calls and coordinate logistics to facilitate successful interactions. Your role will be communications-intensive, requiring you to juggle various workstreams while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
