What you'll do

In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs that enhance Coupang’s fulfillment capabilities. You will partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will facilitate meetings, track progress, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will also involve analyzing data to measure the impact of initiatives and making recommendations for future improvements. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
