What you'll do

As an Operations Supervisor at Amazon, you will be the key point of contact for your colleagues during shifts, ensuring they have the support they need to perform their duties efficiently. You will measure and monitor site workflows and performance metrics, providing valuable insights to frontline managers to maintain operational excellence. Your role will involve training staff to deliver exceptional service and supervising their daily tasks to ensure compliance with operational standards. You will collaborate with the Area/Shift Manager on projects aimed at improving processes, creating a safe work environment, and enhancing employee engagement. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify plans for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity across the site.
