You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in customer retention strategies. Your persuasive communication skills and self-motivation drive you to excel in your role. You understand the importance of analyzing customer data to identify retention challenges and develop effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Dealer Relations Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn. Your ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this position. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to contribute to a people-first culture that values diverse perspectives.

What you'll do

As a Retention Account Manager at CarGurus, your primary goal will be to increase customer retention among our UK clients. You will analyze common causes of customer churn and collaborate with your team to implement strategies that drive performance improvements. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our platform. You will work closely with the Dealer Relations Account Managers to ensure a seamless flow of information and support for our customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster long-term relationships and improve retention metrics. You will also participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
