What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the Last Mile operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support delivery associates by providing training and guidance throughout the delivery process. You will track delivery metrics to ensure that performance standards are met and will work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement. You will be involved in the onboarding process for new delivery associates, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions, which may require travel to locations outside of your home site.

You will collaborate with other team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure that all associates feel supported and valued. Your role will require you to be detail-oriented and organized, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training and delivery metrics. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss operational challenges and share best practices with your colleagues.
