In this role, you will excel at navigating ambiguity and quickly master unfamiliar topics. You bring strong business acumen to identify connections across business areas and transform insights into data-backed strategies. You will lead the development of quantitative frameworks for public perception measurement, where your analytical capabilities will be essential for success. You'll define and own projects with significant autonomy, balancing conceptual thinking with swift execution. You bring strong written communication skills, particularly in crafting narratives and documents. As this position offers regular exposure to senior leadership, you are comfortable presenting and discussing initiatives at this level.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop the strategic public perception program roadmap, leading metric development and analysis, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional partnerships. Host program mechanisms with leadership. Navigate ambiguous environments through structured problem-solving and clear success metrics.
• Lead diverse workstreams and develop new ones if applicable to enhance Amazon's public perception in Germany. Identify and scope high-impact opportunities, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives. Drive autonomous execution of data-backed projects that deliver measurable results.
• Develop and enhance quantitative frameworks for public perception measurement, review and modernize existing analytical approaches and create innovative solutions that connect perception improvements with concrete initiatives.
• Drive executive engagement through compelling narratives and actionable insights, owning senior leadership communications. Build and maintain strong partnerships across various teams and organizations (e.g. Business, Operations, Comms) to ensure aligned execution of strategic initiatives.
- PM Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of Program/Project/Product Management experience;
- Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Strong business acumen as well as strategic and conceptual thinking with proven track record in transforming insights into actionable strategies
- Dealing with Ambiguity: Comfortable building from scratch and leading initiatives with autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop quantitative frameworks; Strong analytical capabilities and experience in business case modelling;
- Doc Writing: Advanced written communication skills in English, particularly in crafting reviews, narratives and strategic documents
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units, highly comfortable managing and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Knowledgeable of the German market/culture/ and/or consumer
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)

- Native German
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience in strategic program management
- Experienced in public perception measurement; - Experience in building in Economic Decision Science models
