Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager of Salesforce Operations to drive expansion in India and oversee the GTMS ecosystem. You'll collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce. This role requires strong execution and communication skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications in business processes. Your advanced influencing and communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. You possess deep business acumen, enabling you to navigate complex operational challenges and drive impactful solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to build and govern the GTMS ecosystem from the ground up. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can enhance decision-making processes. A background in managing teams or projects will also be beneficial, as you will be expected to lead initiatives and mentor junior staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Salesforce operations within Samsara's Business Systems team. You will drive the expansion of the GTMS ecosystem in India, ensuring that all systems are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with Sales Operations to streamline processes and improve the overall sales workflow. Your role will involve collaborating with Finance to align sales strategies with financial goals, as well as partnering with Product teams to ensure that operational needs are met in product development. You will lead initiatives to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities within Salesforce, enabling better decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing training programs for staff to ensure they are proficient in using Salesforce tools and processes.
