Navan is seeking a Core Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships within their Growth segment. You'll manage the full sales cycle and work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation of Navan's platform. This role requires 1-2 years of sales experience and offers a competitive salary range of $140,000—$175,000.
You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment — you've successfully driven sales and built strong relationships with clients, particularly in small to medium-sized companies. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate value propositions to executives. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing is well-honed, and you understand the importance of maintaining relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and success.
You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets — you enjoy the challenge of pipeline generation and closing new customers. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can collaborate effectively to refine processes and drive additional revenue opportunities. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a growing segment, leveraging your skills to capitalize on untapped potential.
As a Core Account Executive at Navan, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold-calling to closing deals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, partnering with Launch Management to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of Navan’s platform. You will drive sales by managing and creating opportunities in your pipeline, leading to the closing of 1-3 deals per month. Your role will involve overseeing all sales activity within your pipeline and ensuring accurate monthly forecasting to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
You will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners within the Growth organization at all levels, helping to refine processes and drive additional revenue opportunities. Your ability to clearly communicate Navan's value proposition will be crucial in building relationships with executives and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be expected to stay informed about market demands and internal parity to effectively position Navan’s offerings.
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $140,000—$175,000, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. For roles with on-target earnings (OTE), the pay range reflects the potential for higher compensation for those who exceed targets.
