As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary for success. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and contributing to a community-focused organization.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, and between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year, thanks to uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
