As an Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales plan targeting Small City agencies. You will engage in outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities. Your role will involve managing existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. You will conduct product demonstrations for end-users via phone and web conferencing, showcasing the full suite of Axon's products, including hardware, software, and service solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your travel expectations will be around 25%, allowing you to meet clients in person and strengthen relationships.
