What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and facilitate the outbound logistics operations at HelloFresh. You will coordinate and track the entire outbound logistics process, ensuring that all customer orders are delivered successfully and on time. You will serve as the primary liaison between the outbound team, customer care team, couriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring seamless operations and proactively informing customers of any delivery changes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will communicate effectively with external partners to foster collaboration and innovative solutions for any logistics challenges that arise.
