Shift4 is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to engage small- and mid-sized business owners regarding their point-of-sale and payment processing solutions. You'll manage inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-ups, requiring strong sales skills and knowledge of Salesforce.
You are an enthusiastic sales professional eager to engage with small- and mid-sized business owners. You possess a strong work ethic and are driven to meet and exceed sales quotas. Your ability to conduct discovery calls allows you to identify client needs and tailor solutions effectively. You have experience in managing leads and are comfortable using Salesforce to track your activities and pipeline. You are a team player who collaborates well with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
In this role, you will respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and operators, specializing in restaurant environments. You will conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and business goals, delivering persuasive phone or video demos that highlight Shift4's POS capabilities. Your responsibilities will include performing high-volume outbound follow-up with an existing database of leads to re-engage opportunities. You will recommend tailored solutions, including POS hardware, software, and integrated payments, and prepare customized proposals and pricing packages. Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce will be crucial to your success. You will collaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue and approved deals.
