Censys is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to focus on marketing operations and support the full funnel from lead generation to pipeline reporting. You'll manage marketing data operations and optimize tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in revenue operations, particularly in marketing. You understand the importance of clean data and efficient processes in driving growth, and you have a strong background in managing marketing systems. You are comfortable working with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring that integrations are seamless and data flows reliably. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with marketing, sales, and leadership to support decision-making through data analysis. You have a knack for identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.
Experience with campaign reporting and dashboard creation is a plus, as is familiarity with ad hoc analysis to support various teams. You are proactive in seeking out improvements and have a strong understanding of marketing operations best practices. Your ability to segment prospects and maintain database hygiene will be crucial in this role.
In this role, you will own marketing data operations, supporting campaign operations by managing lead list imports and workflow creation. You will be responsible for prospect segmentation and ensuring database hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce. Building and maintaining dashboards to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and pipeline influence will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will administer and optimize marketing and sales tools, ensuring clean integrations and reliable data flow. Additionally, you will run data pulls and generate reports to support marketing, sales, and leadership decisions. Your focus on process improvement will help identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive tasks in our marketing workflows. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.
