You have extensive experience as a System Integration Engineer, with a strong focus on defining and integrating cutting-edge solutions for cloud platforms. Your expertise spans hardware, firmware, and software components, allowing you to drive complex system debugging effectively. You are committed to high standards and continuous improvement in performance, quality, cost, and reliability of AWS products. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside technology thought leaders across multiple disciplines to raise quality standards and deliver exceptional products for customers.

You possess a deep understanding of interface strategy and design effectiveness, enabling you to lead new product validation strategies while supporting ongoing integrations. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor and improve operational excellence for networking and control plane interfaces, ensuring that the systems you oversee operate at peak performance. You are the voice of the customer, providing critical information and requirements from fleet operation perspectives to various teams, including board design, software development, quality assurance, and architecture.

Desirable

Experience with the AWS Nitro System is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its operational challenges. You are adaptable and ready to push beyond today's limitations, contributing to the transformation of the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead new product validation strategies, ensuring that the integration of cutting-edge solutions meets the high standards expected by Amazon. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving operational excellence for the networking and control plane interfaces you own, leading triage, debugging, and root cause analysis of systems in AWS data centers. Your leadership will guide teams in raising quality standards and delivering exceptional products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems you oversee are designed effectively and operate reliably. Your role will involve deep dives into complex systems, including the AWS Nitro System, where you will analyze and improve performance metrics. You will serve as the customer voice, providing critical insights to various teams to enhance product quality and user experience.
