Filigran is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to negotiate commercial contracts and support the growth of their cybersecurity solutions. You'll work closely with sales teams and play a key role in privacy and AI compliance strategies. This position requires UK qualification and experience in commercial law.
You are a UK-qualified legal professional with significant experience in commercial law, particularly in negotiating contracts and advising on legal matters related to technology and cybersecurity. You understand the complexities of SaaS agreements, data processing, and compliance with privacy regulations. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, is essential for driving business success while managing legal risks. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support business objectives.
Experience in the cybersecurity sector or with technology companies is a plus. Familiarity with AI compliance and data protection laws will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization.
In this role, you will partner with the NORAM and UK-NE sales teams to advise on and negotiate customer deals and contracts efficiently. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS and software agreements, SLAs, SOWs, NDAs, and procurement agreements. Your expertise will help build scalable legal processes that support Filigran's growth and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will also play a central role in shaping and driving Filigran's privacy and AI compliance strategies, working closely with Product, Security, and leadership teams. Your contributions will enable the business to navigate legal challenges while pursuing its mission to revolutionize cyber threat management.
