Overview

SpaceX is hiring an IC Packaging Automation Engineer to develop and manage automation projects for semiconductor packaging and testing. You'll work closely with process design engineers and equipment manufacturers in Bastrop, TX.

You have a strong background in electrical engineering with hands-on experience in automation projects, particularly in semiconductor packaging and testing. Your expertise allows you to collaborate effectively with process design engineers and equipment manufacturers, ensuring that production packaging automation solutions are developed and commissioned successfully. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about contributing to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.

You possess a deep understanding of automation systems and their applications in manufacturing processes. Your ability to design and manage complex automation projects demonstrates your technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of the Starlink mission.

You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
