Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs, ensuring they achieve their business goals through effective use of technology. Your technical expertise allows you to guide customers through complex issues and provide actionable insights that drive their success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales engineers and solution architects to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your positive attitude and results-oriented mindset help you navigate challenges effectively, leveraging data and feedback to inform your decisions. You are proactive in educating customers post-production, ensuring they are equipped to maximize their use of Snowflake's solutions. You enjoy working in a fast-paced team and are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with cloud data platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as you will work closely with account teams to drive growth.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Snowflake, you will serve as the primary technical contact for your assigned customers, guiding them through their post-sales journey.
