What you'll do

As a Content Operations Associate at Roku, you will serve as the primary contact for partners with large or complex content libraries. You will work closely with Systems Operations to triage bugs and ship features that enhance performance.

You will be responsible for driving cross-functional communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about ongoing projects and initiatives. Your role will involve documenting processes and workflows to maintain clarity and efficiency within the team.
