You have a strong background in designing and delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and CoPilot Studio. Your expertise extends to architecting hybrid solutions that leverage Azure components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. Your experience includes developing custom solutions and low-code applications that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

You are well-versed in the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly those related to Microsoft and cloud solutions. You have a proven track record of managing projects from conception through deployment, ensuring that all aspects of the solution meet client expectations. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. Desirable

Experience with AI-assisted tools and rapid proof of concepts (POCs) is a plus, as is familiarity with model-driven Dataverse applications. You understand the importance of building custom code components within Power Apps to enhance functionality and user experience. Your knowledge of data projects and custom development will be invaluable in this role, as you work to augment existing initiatives and deliver innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As a Power Platform Architect at Reply, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions tailored to our Giant Tech clients. You will architect, develop, test, and deploy solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of each client. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless integrations with Azure components, enhancing the overall functionality of the solutions you deliver.

You will lead the development of low-code solutions, utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Your expertise in Power BI will enable you to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making for our clients. You will also be involved in building custom code components within Power Apps, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are not only functional but also user-friendly.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in client engagement, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you translate technical concepts into actionable insights for clients. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
