Overview

Celigo is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive new customer acquisition and long-term value realization. You'll partner with the Sales team to design scalable integration and automation solutions. This role requires expertise in APIs and integration technologies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in integration and automation technologies, with a focus on APIs and scalable solutions. Your experience in pre-sales roles has equipped you with the skills to lead technical discovery sessions and deliver impactful product demonstrations. You understand the importance of aligning solutions with customer needs and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives to shape winning strategies for new business and long-term account expansion. Your ability to evaluate customer requirements and design tailored solutions makes you a valuable asset in driving customer success. You are passionate about helping organizations unlock efficiencies through intelligent automation and integration.

Desirable

Experience with runtime AI and prebuilt integrations is a plus, as is familiarity with EDI and data pipelines. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can adapt your approach based on customer feedback and market trends.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their integration and automation needs. You will design scalable solutions that align with customer requirements and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that instill confidence in Celigo's offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in helping prospects evaluate how intelligent automation can enhance their processes.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Your insights will help shape the direction of customer engagements, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business objectives. You will be instrumental in landing new logos while laying the groundwork for expanded adoption of Celigo's platform.
