Airwallex is seeking a Compliance Manager & MLRO to oversee compliance and regulatory matters in Canada. You'll be responsible for ensuring adherence to financial regulations and managing risk. This role requires strong expertise in compliance and risk management.
You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector. You understand the regulatory landscape in Canada and have a proven track record of implementing compliance programs that meet legal requirements. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risks effectively, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across the organization. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex compliance issues to stakeholders clearly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of navigating regulatory complexities.
