Immuta is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide essential support to employees across various technologies. You'll work with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring productivity and resolving technical issues. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates looking to grow in IT support.
You have a foundational understanding of IT support principles and are eager to learn and grow in a hybrid workplace. You are comfortable working with various operating systems, particularly macOS, and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. In this role, you will be the first line of support for Immuta employees, helping them navigate technical issues and ensuring they remain productive. You will resolve issues quickly when possible and triage more complex problems, escalating them as necessary. You will work closely with the IT team to document processes and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supporting endpoints, networks, and SaaS applications, as well as assisting with cloud platform management. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for IT support within the organization.
