Guidepoint is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. You'll manage travel logistics, coordinate executive outreach, and oversee special projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
You are an entrepreneurial and take-charge individual who excels in high-level administrative support and personalized lifestyle management. As a Personal Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO, ensuring seamless professional operations and an enjoyable lifestyle experience. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential. You thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and are proactive, resourceful, and discreet.
In this role, you will provide 24/7 concierge service and availability, including weekends and holidays. You will manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality, ensuring that all tasks are handled with discretion. Your responsibilities will include managing travel logistics, such as booking flights, transportation, and accommodations, as well as researching and creating travel itineraries. You will stay up to date on hospitality trends to execute prime reservations and provide recommendations. Additionally, you will coordinate executive outreach and oversee special projects, acting as a liaison to senior management. Your role will require you to manage personal and lifestyle-related tasks, including concierge services and research on various topics to support the CEO and their family.
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 USD, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work closely with an assistant team and report directly to the CEO, contributing to an equitable and welcoming environment for our community, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
