Omnidian is seeking a Partner Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Commercial Field Service Partners. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and service delivery. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in a similar field.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the tech or service industries. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners is key — you understand the importance of ensuring a best-in-class service delivery experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive partner performance and engagement.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between various teams and partners. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the partner network. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of partner management are handled efficiently.
Experience in the solar or energy storage industries would be a plus, as would familiarity with performance assurance services. A background in project management or operations can also enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
As a Partner Account Manager at Omnidian, you will be responsible for managing relationships with top volume Commercial Field Service Partners. Your role will involve ensuring that partners receive the support they need to deliver exceptional service to customers. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance partner performance.
You will act as a key liaison between Omnidian and the partner network, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term success. This will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, and working proactively to address any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for tracking partner performance metrics and reporting on outcomes to internal stakeholders.
Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, allowing you to provide valuable insights to partners and internal teams. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the partner network.
