What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers both in person and through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. You will play a key role in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process, making it a memorable experience for each customer. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, enhancing Carvana's presence and reputation in the area. Your shift will require flexibility, as you will be available to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages your growth.
