SecurityScorecard is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive impact across a large customer segment. This role requires bi-lingual fluency in English and either German or French, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction.

Who you are

You are a Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in customer engagement and support. You possess bi-lingual fluency in English and either German or French, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Your experience in customer success roles has equipped you with the skills to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are adept at using customer success tools and have a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and are committed to their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving impact across a large customer segment by leveraging customer success tools such as Gainsight. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary support to maximize the value they receive from SecurityScorecard's services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the development of best practices in customer success. Your role will involve monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are set up for success from the start. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
